The WorldMark Bend – Seventh Mountain resort will undergo resurfacing of the asphalt roads and parking lots throughout the property in September 2018. Parking areas and access roads will be closed in phases as the work is completed. Owners and guests may be asked to move their vehicles as needed to accommodate the work being done. Parking for oversize vehicles and trailers will be limited and must be requested through the resort’s Front Desk staff prior to arrival. Additionally, some of the suites will be remodeled through the month of September and again in November. There is also work being done on a building to building basis to replace and fix all of the fireplaces in the units. That project will go until June of 2019. you should expect to experience additional noise, odors and work crews on-site during your stay.
